IU and the Maui Classic 2015

Recommended Posts

Bryant will be brand new to college ball at this stage and the rest of the team will be the ones that lost by 14 to Iowa at home late in the season. I am not as optimistic as the other posters are. Crean will still be the coach.

in the back of my mind, I have the same worries.

On the flip, every rostered player should improve some and we have addressed biggest need.

You have a good point but with a defensive presence at the rim and another year under their belts this team should be drastically improved.

Hopefully CTC will utilize this squads strengths and not try to play midget ball again.

A good portion of Kentucky's team was new to college basketball but they could still contribute in a big way.

Your point is conveniently located in a vacuum, which is unrealistic.

I think we may need Aloha to do a Maui scouting report for all the Hoosiers going out there

I might have something already made.  I'll dig through some files and see if I have it somewhere.  Maui is a beautiful island and if anyone gets a day or two Molokai and Lanai'i are just a short boat ride away.

Were you ever better at something one year, than you were the year before?

I really think TB will make an immediate impact. From what I have seen he looks to have the mental toughness and desire that it takes to compete at the level that we need him to. I am very optimistic and excited about next season. I expect us to have a good showing in Maui.

Maui is going to be tough. KU should have a good team next season too.

They were honestly overrated all year this last year. They lost a few pieces and pick up a few high quality recruits, but I definitely think we can compete with anyone this next year

They won the BIG 12, although that's becoming a joke, but agree we should be able to compete with anyone this season.

We should be able to beat Kansas and win the Maui. Cliff Alexander and Oubre are going to the draft and who did Kansas bring in that can be dominant enough to win the Maui.

They're still in with pretty much every big recruit left on the board. I wouldn't make any predictions against them until we know Thon, Diallo, Jaylen Brown, etc. won't be there next year.
