I really don't understand at all how a Uconn win would knock us out. Our resume is so much better than some other bubble teams. It makes no sense

RPI isn't hot.
Road wins is weak.
SOS isn't so great
Collapse of a finish.

If IU's body of work ended the exact same but we went 9-5 instead of 5-9 it's a no brainer.

Also we got beat by MSU without Dawson and our SMU win was without their best player. According to DD those intrinsic things make our resume not look as good. He still has us in l, unless UConn wins

RPI is the worst metric ever and it baffles me as to why it's so heavily used. Our strength of schedule is 21st overall. Look at road wins of other bubble teams and they aren't that impressive. It's also been said that the last 10 games aren't waited heavily. Even if they were, a team like Ole Miss lost 4 of their last 5 games. The only thing keeping Texas on the bubble is that they were ranked at the beginning of the year. Their inclusion is laughable. Looking at everything I just don't see how you can leave IU out

im assuming if the committee would look at those games with injuries involved then they would also look at the losses we had without hanner, colin, and blackmon

Yep but we are also without Hanner again. We aren't 100% healthy and they definitely take that into consideration.

How would you categorize today then?

another chapter in the book that is Tom Crean. I am generally more excited to see what the offseason brings because we are no real threat this year anyway.

For the players sake, I want in. Plus I want to see IU play another game or 2, but my full interest is seeing what the off season brings.
