With a unshaven head I am guessing this is not recent. When my friend Benton was in a motorcycle accident and fractured his skills they removed the hair for "ease of maintenance". Would be great if recent though!

Many years ago when my brother fractured his skull/had bleeding on the brain they didn't touch his hair.

I don't think him sitting this year and getting a redshirt would be all that bad. Obviously I'm looking at that from strictly a basketball perspective. Still hoping for that full recovery ASAP.

The drinking issue unfortunately is the center of the Devin story. It wasn't a back and forth. It was a conversation, which is what this message board is for….

I'm not saying the discussion was wrong, but there are other threads discussing the drinking issues. This thread is for updates on his health. The other discussion would have clouded this thread, and make it hard to find updates on DD.

No harm was done, but this thread is about his health and progression, not about the team troubles. Other threads for that.

I honestly don't care if he ever suits up for IU again as long as he lives a long healthy life. Somethings are bigger than basketball.

I really hope he's back asap though if he's able.

The initial reports of the accident really seemed traumatic, but I'm really hoping that it wasn't as bad as it seemed. Don't get me wrong though, any injury of that type is extremely serious. However, for devin's sake, I hope that the reports were exaggerated.
