Reading other threads, I think the scholly situation has to be figured out before any announcement is made; assuming that the staff told TB to keep it on the hush until then.
Even with that, one of the insiders should've probably tweeted that the LOI was sent in by now.

Could he be having second thoughts? Waiting to see which players will be returning and which will be announcing they are leaving (for the draft or otherwise)?

He can sign regardless of the scholarship situation. We can sign 3,000 players but have to be at 13 by the fall.

He technically doesn't have to sign a LOI with any school. I know I wouldn't if I were a athlete. Protect yourself from a coaching change or roster changes you don't like. Just enroll in the summer and get your scholarship.

Before they play under the lights at the Barclay’s Center (Friday Night), the top high school seniors had two days of practice at Terminal 23. Here are some of the top prospects who stood out at the Jordan Brand Classic practices:



Thomas Bryant - Indiana

After coming off of an MVP performance at the Derby Classic over the weekend, Bryant is continuing to perform well. Most of the practice consisted of half court drills, but during the full court drills and brief scrimmages, Bryant’s stock has been on the rise. He did a great job defending some talented bigs, while most are considered better than Bryant; he continues to outplay many of them. He runs the floor well and is always active. He does lack a refined post game, but he played inside more than usual, not shooting many threes.

  I watched the Jordan Brand game and thought I was watching a Kentucky infomercial.

Its unbelievable how many times Calipari and Ky came up in announcers conversations.

 Quite the Sloberfest.

 It was nice to see Victor being interviewed so we did get a little recognition there.

On the UK thing, I loved the part of the game where Isiah Briscoe went on a personal 6 minute game of 1-on-1, during which the announcers were going on and on about how he's the rare kind of guard that cares so much more about getting his teammates involved as opposed to his own scoring.

He literally took every shot for 4-6 minutes without ever passing and waving off anyone that even tried to set a screen for him.

Except Vonleh was the second best 3pt shooter behind yogi two years ago. I don't think Bryant is going to come out trying to shoot a bunch of threes but he has shown that he can step out and hit a few a game consistently. No reason to change his game
