Could happen. I think I heard somewhere that they struggle in Knoxville. The problem with Kentucky is that they actually play d and it can get stifling at times. What I don't understand is why don't opposing teams post on Ulis every time he's in the game. The kid is quick and a good player but he is teeny. I would just clear out the post and have the gaurds go at him. Also, these teams need to figure out that if you're going to drive the lane they need to go up and try to dunk it every time. It was the same for us when we played Louisville. We got blocked on almost every layup attempt. You just cannot do that against size, especially pukes length and athleticism

Shocking!
@insidethehall: Conf-only 3-point FG% for #iubb players: Hartman (42.9), Johnson (37.5), Zeisloft (36.8), Blackmon Jr. (33.3), Ferrell (21.9).

JBJ and Yogi being that low is kind of scary. We've seen Yogi shoot much better and with a higher usage. And JBJ is just a great shooter

@nbadraftnet: NCAA Freshman Rankings - Class of 2018 http://t.co/9nB7hNOWvo http://t.co/LShFVqvBj1

Blackmon #21
Rob Johnson - honorable mention

Big Ten freshman guard battle-----#5 is Russell-----#16 is Trimble----#21 is Blackmon.

This is probably also a fair assessment of how they have played overall this year so far.......

I still wouldn't trade JBJ!

Hope this is a premonition. I had a dream that Tennessee beat pUKe in Cwat fashion in Knoxville. The fans rushed the court and the band blared Good Ole Rocky Top like they did in glory days of Volunteers football.

They play in Knoxville on the 17th of February. I am calling it now. Vols-53 Cats-52

Cal will petition the SEC to not have to go back to UT.......

Much more subdued crowd in Champaign tonight; a lot of empty seats. I guess playing Purdue just isn't as much of a draw.

I wonder if the dudes calling this game will scream like little girls every time the Illini make a run tonight.

Of course its not as special. Groce isn't wearing the real estate blazer.

MSU frightens me, with the addition of Deyonta Davis and likely Caleb Swanigan their front court will be one to punish us and make us look like fools

I still haven't figured out how Purdue is able to get someone like Haas to come there from Alabama while our coaching staff has to beg and plead anyone over 6'9" to come here.

May have been a rhetorical question, but I think Haas was really interested in engineering. http://www.news-record.com/news/local_news/wake-forest-basketball-loses-commitment-by---center-isaac/article_ca0c6b0e-5066-11e3-be0d-0019bb30f31a.html

I wouldn't imagine that offering biomedical engineering typically helps in basketball recruiting, but the blind squirrel found its nut this time.
