hoosierdogg Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 Aces lose to UNI for the third time this year by a total of 7 points! Tough, tough loss for Evansville. They looked terrible in the first half, but fought hard in the second half to get in a position to win. Aces won 25 games this year and will be a tough draw for any team in the NIT. Evansville was the 2015 CIT champion. Hopefully they can have similar post season success this year. JaybobHoosier, HoosierAloha, LIHoosier and 2 others 5 Quote
hoosierdogg Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 NIT city now for Evansville Step up from the CIT last year. Perhaps a first round NIT game in the Ford Center Center in E'vile? JaybobHoosier and theriverpilot 2 Quote
theriverpilot Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 Step up from the CIT last year. Perhaps a first round NIT game in the Ford Center Center in E'vile? That would produce a nice crowd here if so hoosierdogg and ALASKA HOOSIER 2 Quote
IUsafety Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 In 2018, the B1G championship game will be played the same week as these low to mid majors. The week before Selection Sunday. Usually the B1G is the last conference to finish. I don't know why I just thought about that. I guess it will be weird the B1G competing with the Big South for airtime. Quote
Naturalhoosier Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 I know this is random, but one of my all time favorite Hoosiers followed me on Twitter!!!! Thanks Kirk Haston! lol Lol I think he follows everyone who follows him. Sorry to burst your bubble but he followed me too. Quote

Crimson and Cream Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 Feel so bad for Balentine, he's too good to have never gone to the tourney. His whole career has been filled with just not getting over the hump. My senior year he helped lead us to state championship only to get destroyed. Thought he'd for sure make a couple tourney runs in the Ville. theriverpilot and JaybobHoosier 2 Quote

TheWatShot Posted March 7, 2016 Posted March 7, 2016 Can anyone decipher the 4-way tiebreaker if Purdue wins? It just doesn't make any sense to me how Iowa could sweep Purdue, tie them and be the lower seed. Quote
TheWatShot Posted March 7, 2016 Posted March 7, 2016 Purdue is BOMBING 3's tonight. If we play them next weekend, we'd better hope they aren't shooting like this. Quote
