Pretty crazy how some had Illinois as a “lock” for the NCAA tournament just a couple months ago. Never understood what they saw.

Also, the team went 12-21 last year. I just don’t get how the 10th ranked recruiting class in the Big Ten and one year of experience for the other guys changes that so dramatically.

Akinjo is not named but LeBlanc and a Galen Alexander have been legally barred from communicating with the plaintiff in the case.   No details of the exact nature of the case nor what role, if any, Akinjo played that led to his dismissal from the Georgetown team.

There is also a kid named Gardner who had a TRO filed against him in Sept. That must be a real sh*t show going on up there. I've been all over the Hoya boards and can't find out any info on why Ajinko left. He was supposedly best friends with LeBlanc. Maybe not happy about GU letting him go? Nowhere is there any info that he was involved with any of these situations.

Good question! I was high on Ajinko when we offered. We were late to the show. I watched him quite a few times in HS and liked his game. Played well at GU too. Was league Freshman POY.
