Serious question: should Sean Miller be on the hot seat?

Not for possible NCAA/FBI trouble, but for not ever doing **** with some of the best talent in the country.

Absolutely. He's a regular season stud, has made 8 straight Tourneys and has won the conference 5 times in 8 seasons. But 3 elite 8's with all that talent? Also, 3 first round flame outs....not a good look.

I agree, that "doing better" is a valid question, but now seems like an opportune time to make a change.

Putting it out here solely because he's a Greensburg HS alum.  Ryan Welage, 6'9" and 205 lbs., a junior at San Jose State (Mountain West Conf) along with 2 other players have announced their intent to transfer.

Finished his third season at San José State ranking sixth on the all-time scoring list with 1,258 career points … San José State’s all-time leader in made three-point baskets with 161 heading into his senior year … Became the 15th player in the 108-year history of the program to reach 1,000-career points on Jan. 9, 2018 … Two-time Academic All-Mountain West honoree and a CoSIDA Academic All-District VIII honoree in 2018.   This past season he shot 46% FG; 43% on 3's and a whopping 88% FT's hitting 100 out of 114 attempts.

Would he be a grad transfer? Three seasons and academic all conference would suggest he is.

Arizona has ZERO recruits coming in next season and won’t get any for the foreseeable future while Miller is under this cloud. The school has to move on.
Not only that he loses 3 of his 5 starters and the other 2 claim they are declaring. They had no depth and he will probably be losing the whole starting lineup. There is no way Miller is coming back.
