Dana O'Neil:

And in well-timed bad news drop: Georgia Tech announces NCAA has ruled that Tadric Jackson will sit 3 games and Josh Okogie 6, retroactive to Saturday season opener.

More from O'Neil:

Regarding Okogie, Jackson suspensions and discrepancy btw what Georgia Tech said they received and @GaryParrishCBS report: NCAA rules say benefit < $700= suspension of 10 percent of games (about 3 games); btw $700-$1000=20 percent and > $1000=30 percent

Apparently bumper stickers are the equivalent of taking $1000.

I'm impressed with him in this game.

He's a good kid and works hard. He got very sick in high school and lucky to be alive. Between him and K Dunham, Pendleton Heights has had some good ball player lately.

Doesn't Dunham have a younger brother in high school or is he not yet in high school?

Yes, I think he's a soph this year and led them in scoring as a freshmen. I don't keep up as much as I like since living in SC for last 30 years. I'm not complaining though as we have terrific weather and great college sports.

I can tell with both women's and men's SC teams doing well last year.
