Victor had 17 pts., 11 reb., 2 ast., 2 stl., and 1 turnover.  Although he had a double, double, his shooting percentage was horrible, went 7/20 and 1/8 on 3's.  He did go 2/2 on free throws.  Final score, 88-87 Wiz   :(
