Took the 2.5 yr old last night... Don't be too excited. I thought it was gonna be funny, but honestly it was HORRIBLE.

Just got back and yeah, it was just ok. Not really a good storyline and everything was random imo. There were some funny moments just because it's the minions, but wasn't as good as I was hoping.

Good to know. My kid has been clamoring to see it. Might wait for the redbox release.

I saw The Visit last night. If you're looking for an intense terrifying movie, this is NOT it. But, if it's a funny campy creepy movie you want- this is great. Lots of groan inducing bad humor (in a good way), and a pretty good story. It's not a cinematic masterpiece, but more fun than most movies I've seen lately :)

The Visit wasn't scary, but it was creepy. The humor is so bad it's good. I honesty would've thought of it more as a dry-comedy rather than horror. Worth watching on Netflix or RedBox, not at the movies

So I watched the Poltergeist remake last night. First time I've wanted my money back 5 minutes into a movie ever. Every "call back" to the original is just utter garbage.

Been on a kick of watching older movies w/the kids.  We watched Rookie of the Year the other night.  They loved it!
