Wasn’t the deadline to declare for the NFL yesterday? I don’t see him online anywhere as someone who declared.

Correct it was yesterday.

I guess the question is if a player could have declared via paperwork and not announced it yet.

Today is actually the 5th day (T,W,T,F,S) ... but that's for paperwork to be submitted. It could take a couple of days for that to be processed... and of course, any announcements can be done at any time, but are just words without the paperwork. I expect all of the dust to settle by Tuesday or so.

The NFL site says the 23rd was last day to declare. And Coop’s name isn’t among the list of declared, but Fernando and Ponds are.

I’m not expecting him back.  A lot of 2nd and 3rd round projections.  But if he is, it’s an embarrassment of riches at WR.  For that reason plus the Transfers it reads to me he will be going.
