I was so tempted to buy a single game ticket for Saturday and book a spontaneous weekend trip to PR before I came to my senses... lol. Regret not getting one of the fan packages right now. Even without a stream, looking forward to recaps / updates. I assume the beat guys will be there

Not just you. I looked at flight information as recently as yesterday. Found a great flight down tomorrow morning and back on Thursday that got me pretty crazy before the actual stupidity of that hit me.

Was this close to booking a flight that gets in Saturday at noon for the game at 7pm and a return flight at 1am Sunday that would have me home in time for breakfast. Tough to explain that trip to the people in my life though lol... but it's IU basketball. Hoping a stream comes through. I'd rather splurge on an actual game during the season, but the anticipation couldn't be greater.

I was tempted for about 10 seconds and realized there was no way in hell i could afford it.

Was in Old San Juan about a year ago. A great part of a great city. Good for them.

Visited Puerto Rico when in the Navy in 1974.  And then again in my honeymoon with my Indiana sweetheart in 1977.  Stayed in Old San Juan's gold coast.  Will visit again on our 50th with family.  

Recommend learning about sugar plantations and slavery in the Carribean and how it is still messing with those islands.

Also, supporting IU athletics to the extreme.  Go IU!....
