Ole Miss is not deep enough, they always run out of gas....UNC almost came back on them in the first game.

I really, really enjoyed continuously seeing Richardsons father, and other parents, during the game.  I don’t think we are far away from games primarily showing the parents with brief flashes of the play on the court.

MSU was favored by 3.5 so the meaningless last second three by Miss State busted the MSU bettors by a half point.   OUCH.

Is the physicality of college basketball just that much higher than what it is in high school basketball? It's just weird how we never see all these plays in high school games like "hook and hold" or hear about "skirmishes" away from the ball that have to constantly be reviewed.

Oh God, no. But I am rooting for them tonight against the only guy whom I ever would. That I’m forced to do something that gross pretty much guarantees that Houston’s gonna win it by 30 and the soul-sucking feeling of rooting for little brother only to have them embarrass themselves will make me hate them even more.

It's going to be a long night, but I can't miss that Purdue Houston game....Houston should win by 10+, but it will be like a home game for Purdue!

Hey at least they no longer show Mark Sears' mom pretend to shoot free throws while her son is at the stripe during Alabama games.

Was it college or pros that they tried a rule that if you flop it is a technical? It is/was seldom enforced if it is even still a rule!

I think it is both, but not enforced. I wished they would hammer players that do that bs! It isn't good for the game, but neither is a lot of other things too!

I think its a combination of increased physicality and mentality. You have a lot more high-level athletes playing against each other where in high school your dominant players are often met with less resistance. On top of that high major basketball is just a different beast when it comes to competitiveness.
