Somebody wake me up when they start talking about Brad Steven's 2nd and 3rd cousins and why a move back to Indiana makes sense for them. thebigweave and sirhoosierlot 1 1 Quote

I am excited to know that there is an option out there for us that could be a huge uplift for this program. I am anxious because if we don't move on him this year, I fear that we will lose a huge opportunity. I am disheartened to know that we have to sit through another grinder season to get to this point. I am frustrated to see how the pre-season hype has panned out to a season full of apprehension. Please somebody tell how to feel!!! Lol! I know some D2 coaching staffs from a previous life. One was recently runner-up for the championship and to a man they all say he's the GOAT. It's time to start sending letters and emails to Scott Dolson and Pete Yonkman. We need a break as a fan base. We've had a snowballing case of collective ptsd for a 1/4 century. I'm tired of looking at rosters, line-ups and game plans and knowing they won't work before the game starts. I know you are too. HoosierTrav if you wrote that post, that's the best forum post I've ever read. If you didn't please share the source so I van credit it. Quote

Demo Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Since Coach McCollum is already the no doubt proud owner of his own coaching thread, it seems only right to include this. Field of 68 talking to Drake players tonight about their start. Can’t imagine there won’t be significant insight into the coaching piece. Home Jersey 1 Quote

Would be something if he were to actually read it. I’ll say this: I fully trust Dolson to make the best hire for IU. I just hope he’s built up enough political capital to make the decision without others trying to force their way into the process. JaybobHoosier and tkbbn 2 Quote

Funny, toward the end of the interview Goodman asks how many career losses one of them has had (in his 6th season with McCollum) he did some quick mental math and came up with 16... A teammate corrected him that it was actually 15. Awesome. cybergates and Demo 2 Quote
