I could see us being 6-0 and ranked headed into that Nebraska game

Will be interested to see if they’re ranked this week. Wouldn’t pretend to really be able to break down football but I watched Nebraska-Colorado last week and I don’t know how you look at that team and this team and think that team’s better.

Yeah I don't understand the ranking system either but I'd imagine being 6-0 with wins over UCLA/Maryland would be enough to get us in, especially if the Maryland win is convincing as this one was.

Honestly idk how UCLA even recruits. Any coach with a brain recruiting a kid interested in UCLA pops in the Indiana @ UCLA TV copy from any point in the 2nd half, tells them to close their eyes, and asks where the game is being played.

Yeah yeah the campus is in Beverly Hills and it’s LA and on and on, but you’re 1 of 500 shows in town every single week and your coach looks like he’s 5 seconds of silence away from falling asleep standing up.

UCLA goes to Death Valley, Oregon at home, to Penn State the next month. Foster’s gonna blink and be a beat-to-hell 1-4. Welcome to the big leagues fellas.

It would be funny if UCLA somehow snags one of those games

I've said a couple times that if Cig wins 8 games and a bowl game he should get a life-time contract and life-size statue. I stand by that and 8 wins looks very feasible right now.

I can see 8 wins, the life-sized statue made me laugh, but why not!

I’ll root for it because it helps us and all 3 of those teams can suck farts but I certainly won’t have money on it.

I wasn't sure what the rule actually was.  So we lose 2 guys for just the first half against Charlotte and not the entire game .

A targeting penalty comes with a two-half suspension. The half in which the penalty occurred, and the next one your team plays. First-half targeting penalties remove you for the duration of that game, second-half cost you the first half next week.

Cignetti: "Am I surprised no. It's a good win, it will get a lot of people's attention, and now we have to learn how to deal with success, which is a lot better than learning how to deal with failure."

The 29-point margin of victory was Indiana’s largest in a Big Ten road game since defeating Wisconsin 63-32, in 2001.

Indiana football currently ranks 4th under the nation in scoring offense at 54pts/game. They rank 6th nationally in scoring defense, with opponents averaging 10pts/game.

That game was awesome!  I told my Wisconsin friends that their stadium was renamed Camp Randle El
