I may have missed it, but I think they skipped the typical video board shot of coach walking out of the tunnel and onto the court with a couple minutes left before tip. If so, that suggests the administration knows the reception wouldn't have been friendly.

I think Goode is clearly frustrated with a lot of the same things we are and clearly lashed out. Probably out of competitiveness. Him and leal are probably the last people on the team I’d be angry with right now.

Someone mentioned a week or so ago about Woody not wearing red/crimson ties anymore. The oft quoted photo of Scott's death stare shows that Woody went with Purdon't colors today.

I agree with you.  I would rather them just do it now, and I think between the blowouts and mismanagement at the end of this game especially, Dolson now has the ammo he needs without looking too trigger happy to people outside the Indiana fan base.

Anyone worried about the optics of firing him are worried for nothing.
The ones who would question your decision are guys like Matt Norlander, Parrish, Seth Davis, etc.
Those guys are much more likely to say "what took you so long?" than drag the university's AD through the mud.
They know.
