Let’s face it
Indiana only hired Woodson because of Quinn Buckner, Scott Ferguson, the Simons and Cooks.
Indiana only retained Woodson last offseason because of Quinn Buckner’s influence + the big money from his pals.
Indiana hasn’t fired him yet because of Quinn Buckner and those same rich friends. 
They’d bring him back next year if they possibly could, but Mike screwed the golden goose he was gifted. IUBB is being held hostage. 

Ferguson is an absolute cancer and should be nowhere near this program moving forward

Jokes aside, you mentioned other “reasons” curious what you think that could be, if not losing basketball games. My main confusion is that if he is a lame duck, which I believe, why not announce the removal/resignation/abdication of throne/whatever they want to call it to protect his feelings will happen end of season. Why are we pretending like the obvious isn’t going to happen. The only thing that comes to mind is that Dolson can’t. That’s more why I thought the original comment meant record doesn’t matter.
