That's where I am. Plus didn't they originally call a foul when x went down? I knew flagrant are reviewed but didn't realize they can retract a foul

I don’t think he intentionally made initial contact in “the area” but once he did it looked like he was grabbing the dude like he wanted to sterilize him.
