I would think if he isn't starting he likely isn't going to play.   Long season, no reason to risk injury in a non-conference game if you're not well enough to start.

KenPom has it IU 79, FGC 67.  86% chance of IU winning.

FWIW, Pom projects FGC to finish 18-11, 11-5 in the Atlantic Sun and the IU loss being their last margin of defeat.  I'm still not comfortable with a 12 point margin and hope it's not a game we have to sweat out given how veteran they are.
