Certainly getting them on campus is crucial but the staff still needs to seal the deal.

Recruiting is also a numbers game. If you're getting only 2 visits per year, most years you'll miss on both of those players. With 10 visits, the chances are much better of landing at least 1 of those players. Talent also likes to play with talent so getting that 1 player can also lead to more.

Us, Mizzou, or hometown Arky. Parents and kid are super smart, and Muss is weird. Gates is awesome like Woody.

Interesting run to the finish line for three attractive choices and a kid that’s pretty much a sure thing on and off the court.

Everything you hear around here is that Boateng is priority 1 for Mizzou and has been all season. Gates and Charlton Young have supposedly watched him during every live session.

On HSN it was told IU moved their priority to Annor over Swartz as IU went after both Annor and Liam.  Maybe the recent Liam information combined with not a lock to start played into him cancelling.

Mizzou has put a crazy amount of work in here. Like, Jalen Haralson-level work. I believe Gates watched him in every game at every open session.

Bummer.  Not sure who we look at in the 2 spot.   
 

We seemed to somewhat back off Mustaf, Passmore, and Swartz more than the other way around too. I think Harper is a next to zero chance.   Seems like Rutgers, Duke, KU.  But with Duke getting Kon maybe it’s more Rutgers vs KU.

Yeah, I put out a list the other day.  Staff’s #dreambig24 isn’t seeming to go the way they were hoping.  
 

IF we get Queen and McNeely thats a hell of a coup by itself and we can TP other spots as necessary.  
 

I still worry that if McNeeley doesn’t see us setting up to be a top program next year that could steer his choice.
