Maryland was 6/27 from deep the first time, 10/25 tonight. Assembly Hall providing a more comfortable shooting background for our opponents as usual.

Half of those were fade away at the end of the shot clock.

Nice win!!! A complete team win!  By far X’s best game as a Hoosier all season.  Hopefully that will give him a lot of confidence and he can continue this down the stretch.

Also, I thought our player and ball movement was the best all season too.  As a result, we scored 74 points and I believe we hit something like 13 shots in a row!

Also, I read an article today that TJD has averaged 10 points per game over the last 10 games and he only got 10 today; therefore, make it the last 11 games.  The only difference today is X and others stepped up.  If he continues that kind of production the rest of the way, then X, Race, Kopp and others will have to continue to contribute offensively.  Finally, I think Bates is getting much closer offensively, it’s only a matter of time that he will have a really big breakout game!

Now We need a big win at Minnesota!

GO HOOSIERS!!!

Needed the win. Got the win. X and Race with great games. A little more enjoyable pace with X being enfuego.

Now we need 2 of 3. Doable. Maybe.

But we’re gonna have to win without X being that good. Tonight’s level from X is not sustainable.

But they still went in. Not our players' fault, but Assembly Hall just has a knack for helping our opponents' shots find the net.

2 of 3 then one in the big ten tourney is my guess but I have been keeping up to date on bracketology lately.  Work has been crazy.

Fully agree. And when he’s not, he mustn’t piss the game away by forcing bad plays. I want our players and fanbase to be happy. Is that too much to ask? Yeah, probably.

At this point I’m not shooting for “happy.”

“Less awful” or “not great but rational hope” would be nice.

The team or the fans? Lol. We, the fans, are amazing Stu, you know that.

These players need a taste of the tournament. I want them to experience that. I want them happy, confident, with some swagger. The fans will respond in kind. I’d say we all “deserve” it.
