LamarCheeks Posted November 10, 2021 Posted November 10, 2021 OK, so I'm happy with that play -- but if your EMU, how do you let TJD burst down the line wide open like that. Not a soul around him. ALASKA HOOSIER and ellen.walden 2 Quote

I agree with the coaching and perhaps with the injury, although I don't see him lighting it up in the NBA. Eh, I mean the wrist injury didn’t help with the shooting. He was injured for the majority of his first two NBA seasons, but he’s playing rotation minutes (19 mpg) for the Celtics so far this year. He hasn’t played like an all star, but being a rotational player on a playoff contender, especially at just 22 years of age, is something a lot of 5 stars never accomplish. I’ll just always have love for Romeo despite the team being a disappointment that year. He got injured early in the season and could have shut it down like a lot of lottery picks would have, but he chose to tough it out and play. If Bates happens to be as good this year as freshman Romeo was then we’re in great shape. (Not that I expect him to be, or even that it’d be fair to expect him to be) thebigweave and Zachetology 2 Quote
RaceToTheTop Posted November 10, 2021 Posted November 10, 2021 Hope this doesn't devolve into a mask debate. Bottom line, our fans are following the rules needed to be in the stands. I'm happy to see a packed stadium.....period. Been since March 2020. DChoosier and FloridaHoosierGirl 2 Quote
Class of '66 Old Fart Posted November 10, 2021 Posted November 10, 2021 That's enough. This is the game thread and we're not going to get into a medical debate. Thank you. DChoosier, rcbowla and RaceToTheTop 2 1 Quote
