I did a little research.

King was 247’s 266th ranked player last year. 6’2”, played only 200 minutes. From FL. Probably not a relevant target for IU.

Storr has been at 5 schools in the past 5 years (4HSs and SJU). From Rockford, IL, was the consensus RSCI 89th ranked player last year. 6’6” guard who started 17 games and played 21 minutes, 8.8 points. 40% from 3 and 75% from the line. If you think the school hopping is explainable I can imagine taking a flyer here.

Stanley’s a 6’8” big who’s been great from 2, 5/13 from 3, and under 50% from FT in two seasons. Also started about half their games this year but played less than Storr.

Yeah, not a good look for Storr to change schools that much.

Dakich saying his sources are telling him Edey will be in the Portal.  This has to be a joke of some sort right?  Or is he just trying to stir stuff up?

A fake account tweeted Edey was in portal but he’s actually not

Edey himself squashed that on twitter.

Caleb Love sure would be a nice addition to the roster. Maybe Woody can showcase JHS (assuming he gets drafted 1st round) as an example of how our program could help Love.

Caleb Love was very good at shooting UNC out of the game this season. Including when we played them https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/boxscore/_/gameId/401479681

Not trying to pick.. but, UNC didnt just struggle that night offensively because of CL, imo.

True, but I think his season stats bear that out as well. JHS was sometimes frustrating to watch this season because he took a lot of contested, long 2s. My take on Love is we get JHS shot selection with a guy who can't shoot nearly as well.

Not trying to argue FOR CL.. but, I would contest that XJ/Cupps/TG can get CL better shots than UNC had/could.

Now.. I've watched CL 3 times.. ever.. the kid is talented... but I can't say I know much more than that..

Agree season stats were pretty horrendous.

Although totally different positions, worth mentioning that I thought Pete Nance looked a lot better at Northwestern than he did at North Carolina and Dawson Garcia looked better at Minnesota last year than he did at Carolina.  I'm not a big Hubert Davis fan and think despite that great tournament run they had, he isn't the best at maximizing talent.
