Could affect a lot of teams, like Indiana State, St. John’s, Virginia, Northwestern, etc. I can’t imagine an Indiana State getting in over a Northwestern but I don’t pretend to be a bracketologist. Popular Post Uspshoosier Posted March 17, 2024 Author Popular Post Posted March 17, 2024 I want to once again than everyone who has followed this thread all year. Thanks to all of the posters on the site for their passion for not only IU basketball but for college basketball as a whole. We start watching in November and dont stop until April. Sharing a passion with others is a great experience on this message board. Even in a time where our team we are invested in is struggling its been a blast watching games with everyone. Bracketology is a hobby of mine and i enjoy sharing that with the board. Although i dont get to spend as much time as i would like on it with my own kids in sports non stop and other things i just dont get to work on it as much as i did in the past. Having said that i still spend a ton of time watching the games all year to make an educated prediction just not the time to scrub the bracket multipe time a week like the national guys do 1. I haven’t seen a metric anywhere that supports them being left out. They would not be using POM (45th overall). Under that metric they would not be one of the top 36 at large teams. 304th non-conference schedule and 129th overall on POM. Only one quad 1 win (had 5 opportunities). 22 of their 27 wins were quad 3 and 4. While I personally would prefer them in over a couple of teams that will get in, there are metrics that support them not being in. Don't think there would be any at large team in the field with fewer quad 1 wins or fewer combined quad 1 and 2. IUHoosierJoe 1 Quote
RaceToTheTop Posted March 17, 2024 Posted March 17, 2024 The one team I have in that I feel really shaky about is St. John's. Quote
RaceToTheTop Posted March 17, 2024 Posted March 17, 2024 My God Renee Montgomery is really unlistenable. Quote

Demo Posted March 17, 2024 Posted March 17, 2024 That is a nasty 1-4 seed. Henryville Hoosier, RaceToTheTop, BannerVille and 4 others 7 Quote

str8baller Posted March 17, 2024 Posted March 17, 2024 Tough region. Auburn only matchup issue for UConn, at all, imo. Fairly good draw for defending champs Home Jersey and Uspshoosier 2 Quote
