Yes sir, he lived about 5 mins from me. Played for all 3 of my basketball teams, Kokomo, IU, then the Pacers.

It wasn't a missed box out as it was having a rest at the top of the key after the pick was set.

Can't box out 2 guys on opposite sides of the rim. Don't know if its the plan or awful awareness, but no one goes to the basket with the player that sets the pick.
