There was 4 on the shot clock and his only option was getting it back from Zach with .5 to shoot.

Clifton has the potential to be a solid rim protector his junior and senior seasons. That was a nice block on the foul. I'd like for him to get more game reps. I think he'd really benefit from them.

It doesn't really matter, but it really annoys me when guys catch an inbounds pass and immediately launch it like that.

It won’t change the outcome of the half but those were blatant walks.

Hmmm...I think the refs have been pretty one sided so far. Take away a few poor calls and a few of Michigan’s crazy 3’s and we’re in a decent place.

However, their team is simply better than us. I’m not happy, but not discouraged. We’re gonna be 12-3 and in a good place to succeed

So do you think in two to three yearswe can compete with teams like this? Granted beilein is likely a top three coach in america but still. I think we are two years away at least

Same useless weave offence. Same ride the ball handler while your guy cuts to the basket causing the help giving them wide open 3s. No difference right now.

Fitzner has a little too much of that west coast big man in him. You can tell he doesn’t like the physical contact.

All in all, with the foul trouble, lights out shooting by UM, and the complete lack of defensive rebounding, I don’t think we are down that badly. 14? That can be turned around in minutes. It can be done. Just play hard, play physical. Get it to single digits and let god sort out the rest. Go Hoosiers! Rest up and come out firing.

I don’t miss much about Crean but he always seemed to know how to beat Beilein
