HooHooHoo22 Posted November 21, 2018 Posted November 21, 2018 Worried about Moore not getting any minutes. He can’t be that bad. If he doesn’t play much the rest of the season, he’ll probably be a transfer candidate Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners thebigweave and Josh 2 Quote
DLG3 Posted November 21, 2018 Posted November 21, 2018 Poor performance for sure, but Hoosier Guy isn’t wrong. Scrappy, awkward team to have to play 2 days after a tough road loss, with 5 guys out and then another at half time. Survived anyway. But I’m not excusing them. Worrying for sure. As others have said, need McBob back badly. He’s the glue. Other than no one having energy, Smith is doing nothing productive right now. Way too soft right now. HoosierFan1994 Posted November 21, 2018 Posted November 21, 2018 Quote Overall thoughts...man this team has to get healthy. The sky isn't falling though folks. We all know a seven man rotation won't cut it. I just hope they can get these guys back for the early Big Ten season. Still way too many turnovers. A lot has to do with fatigue. My biggest concern is Forrester and Moore. How bad do they look in practice for them to not even log a single minute? I get they're raw but my goodness IU has six players out... Hoosier1984 Posted November 21, 2018 Posted November 21, 2018 Wonder what Moore & Forrester we’re thinking. Knowing we are down 6 and at the end 7 players and they still couldn’t get a minute of playing time. I see Moore being the next Cujo and transferring mid seasonSent from my iPhone using BtownBanners HooHooHoo22 1 Quote
Hoosier Guy Posted November 21, 2018 Posted November 21, 2018 Played so bad. Yet, IU won by 14 points. I’m not worrying too much. Of course, I’ll wait on Romeo’s diagnosis to assess the big picture Quote

Not very encouraging for a guy in his second season. Still hopeful he can develop over the next 2+ seasons to see time his junior or senior year. HooHooHoo22 and MikeRoberts 2 Quote

It won't be pretty. If IU was healthy I really think this team could beat them. Injuries are just killing us. Obviously hurts to have some guys playing the whole half. Quote

They have to look awful in practice to not even log a single minute. I'm surprised Jake isn't playing. He looked good in the USI game. I do think Clifton could transfer. Quote

LamarCheeks Posted November 21, 2018 Posted November 21, 2018 Watching a little of Duke-Auburn. If we make lazy passes and are lazy with the ball next Tuesday like we were tonight, we'll have 40 turnovers. Quote

Their freshmen look like veterans. I don't know if we've ever seen a player like Zion. RJ is a stud. Their bench has played well at times too. Sad think is Auburn is a decent team. Quote
Napleshoosier Posted November 21, 2018 Posted November 21, 2018 No. You afraid the rest would get hurt from running? [emoji848]Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners mobile app Quote

If we make lazy passes and are lazy with the ball next Tuesday like we were tonight, we'll have 40 turnovers. It’ll be bad, no doubt. Their freshman >>>>> ours. Plus Cameron. If we stay within 20 it’ll be a moral victory. The bigger issue is will we beat Louisville/Butler. We don’t look like Sweet sixteen IUBB that played AT NC state that season. That team gelled. Zero offensive flow in the past 2 games. TOs galore. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Quote
Adillac Posted November 21, 2018 Posted November 21, 2018 Why wouldn’t Moore transfer? I mean, he could be playing 20-25 min at plenty of other schools. If I were him I’d already be gone. It’s ridiculous. He is not Tijan Jobe. He can play. Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted November 21, 2018 Posted November 21, 2018 Side note. When Romeo got hurt, did anyone come to check on him from our team? All the dudes on the court just went to the bench. Small but bad sign imo. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners HoosierTrav, RevBuckle, Joe DeLow and 1 other 4 Quote

Anyone that tries is grasping. I don't like to make excuses, but this kind of game was predictable. They had just played a tough road game two days before. They're missing a bunch of rotation guys. The students are gone on break so there wasn't any energy in the gym, and they were playing a no-name school. You could tell they were just going through the motions. On to the next one. thebigweave, BGVille Hoosierfan, DLG3 and 2 others 5 Quote
