All of my thoughts on this subject are my own, not any inside knowledge. I just know that people are not happy with how close Sam Alford is getting to the family like visiting them more than once at their house. Whether they are a close second or just second they have moved past MSU in a shorter amount of time. I think most people on all IU boards thought he would have been committed to IU by now. Hopefully, next week is the week or at least he goes as an IU basketball player for Halloween on the 31st.

Isn't Sam Alford in his 80's? Hes the main selling point for his son who's a bad coach? That's scary if it works.

Yes. More of a old school Scout guy. But we are not quite 10 years removed from him being similar to a Chris in perception.

I believe Sam Story has solid Indy AAU ties. 

Hey, the TJD and KBj to IU info has come from pap, from Chris, from jbell, from Peegs, from more than a few on other IU boards that have some connections.

Don't need 20/20 vision to read these tea leaves...we good.

Months out? Ask Peegs if that was possible with realistic info and not a guess. Educated? Maybe, but there was no solid intel that said 100% Romeo to IU outside of Hoosier Guy.

Problem is, Chris also said to watch for a commitment from Trayce within the week of Romeo's, in early May. Sam recently said to watch the dates of Oct 5th or 12th. Here on Oct 22nd, we're still waiting for even the announcement of an announcement.

I'm not doubting the integrity of anyone who has graciously told us what they've been hearing. But what they were told either wasn't true or more likely changed somewhere along the way. There's no guarantee it can't change again, and Trayce could still flip to MSU or UCLA. It's not over until we hear from Trayce himself, and the longer this goes, the harder it just is for me to feel that we good.

Actually I do believe they said anytime after the 14th and until the end of the month at least that is what coachss said on peegs originally so he at least hasn't been wrong yet and he must continue to feel good about that after this tweet.

I have reason to believe that doesn't happen. I think a lot of this UCLA stuff is a baseless reaction/paranoia that he hasn't committed yet. Maybe it's out there, but it hasn't come to my inbox at all.
