I know you think it's a long shot that 1 or both of them leave but a lot of the players in CBB think that they are better off playing in the G League rather than staying in school for 4 years now a days. Popular Post Uspshoosier Posted August 30, 2017 Author Popular Post Posted August 30, 2017 Leading with TJD makes me again question the continued pursuit of Jake Forrester. They have the same body type, play the same role, and yet TJD seems more polished already and has a higher ceiling in my opinion. Not to mention the in state factor.TJD definitely has the higher ceiling but not more polished yet in my opinion. His jump into the rankings has a lot to do with his high ceiling and if he can grow a couple of inches. I'm a season ticket holder for center grove so I have watched him his first 2 years. Last year he had trouble finishing layups through contact and even uncontested layups at times. But the skill is there and I'm looking forward to watching him get stronger and develop an outside shot these next 2 years. That's where forrester would have the advantage as of now but TJD has a whole year to work on his outside shot. Always nice when the local team has an IU recruit you can drive 4 minutes to watch.
