Am I the only here that doesn't really care about this? I mean Knight was a great coach, possibly the greatest, but I don't lose sleep at night knowing he's still pouting about being dismissed because he choked a player and was an all-around d1ck is other situations.

Loved watching his teams play and was a brilliant coach. In my opinion, if he'd have cared half as much about recruiting as he did fishing, he probably could have had 3 or 4 more banners. Definitely one of the best ever. Having said that, he was mailing it in for his last several years at IU. If he could have held himself to half of the discipline he held his players to, he would have left on his own accord.

In his mind he was treated unfairly. In my mind, his actions gave the university no choice. Couldn't care less that he never wants to come back. Honestly would expect nothing less from him.

Just heard that Alford is very interested in the Indiana job if it becomes available. Would like to get back to his roots and where his family is from. Also said that his buyout at UCLA may not be an issue if they do not make the Final Four or better.

Hope this guy doesn't know what he is talking about. Also said that the top three targets are Alford, Bennett and Donovan.

Just heard that Alford is very interested in the Indiana job if it becomes available. Would like to get back to his roots and where his family is from. Also said that his buyout at UCLA may not be an issue if they do not make the Final Four or better.

Agreed. Definitely not what I wanted to hear from the almighty Janitor. Hopefully, making "a run" refers more to the actual NCAA tourney and not the BTT.

The Janitor doesn't specify what "a run" is at all and he certainly doesn't say "deep". Could winning the BTT be what he's talking about? Or is he referring to a run in the actual NCAA tourney? Who knows at this point.

Stop panicking. The Janitor is always vague and people misinterpret his messages. He could be referring to legitimately anything from Crean staying to the timing of his departure.

if glass is smart he should see that the only time we beat decent teams is when we shoot outlandish numbers from the 3 pt line. if a team runs us off the 3 pt line or our shots just arent falling crean does not know how to adjust. and our defense sure the hell isnt going to win us any games. these guys dont know how to fight through screens or switch or play helpside defense. thats all done in the gym at practice. sometimes i wonder what tommy boy teaches these guys in practice.

I think Crean is still gone but any sort of run doesn't help the situation
