yes I know he has to support him I was just pointing that out for those who might have wondered. It really is a tough situation for crean and James and am interested in how they are handling it. We will see how it all plays out this year and into next season. Imo one of Creans biggest flaws is his inability to punish or manage some of his star player's poor play at times. And I really don't understand why

IMO JBJ is high maintenance and needs a lot of stroking.

Well of course because we lost for the same reasons.  He didn't stand up for or to his players.  The refs jobbed them and he kept clapping.  Troy did dumb stuff, he kept clapping.  Nero had his fiddle Crean has his palms.

My thing is that Crean had made adjustments, he does quite often but he doesn't sustain them.  He falls back into his bad habits to easily.  And thats why he needs to go.
