This is bad. Doyle has been one of Crean's biggest fans - a guy who carries Crean's water 24/7... for him to say "Indiana sucks" is epic. And it speaks volumes. I'm on a Hoosier email list where 3 or 4 of us were critical of Crean and his abilities, and the majority have supported CTC all season and played the "injury" card over and over in his defense... as of today, there's a massive switch in sentiment... and many of Crean's homies are now joining us in calling for his head.

The clock is ticking, my friends... change is coming.

I said on here a few years ago crean has no clue what is going on in the games cause he is to busy clapping and running the sideline and i got destroyed on here but i sincerely believe it. He always had to watch the tape to answer post game questions and never seems to have watched the same game everyone else did. The reason bryant is shooting threes is because crean prepares kids for the next level to the point it is detrimental to our current team. He said on coaches show time before last he is shooting three because it is important for his development. I am ok with him proving he can hit it when we are blowing teams out or we absolutely need somebody to get something going but we need him to rebound and draw fouls on inside but crean dont get it. FIRE HIM TODAY PLEASE!!!!

One final post from me on Doyle... as staunch of a fan/supporter as he's been, this last line in his column was telling:

"Indiana’s players aren’t the only ones who need to try harder."

After some of his comments after his most recent bed wetting I don't really have anything good to say about Crean.  He doesn't even deserve to finish the mess he started, let alone a mutual parting.  He's an overrated recruiter, a mediocre coach on his very best day otherwise varying levels of bad, and when the going gets tough he'll do anything to avoid looking in the mirror; the captain is supposed to go down with the ship but this one would probably be the first on a lifeboat.

His recruiting is very overrated. Too many times he has players that have no business playing in power conference basketball. He's not a good Xs and Os or situational coach at all. He doesn't take accountability and is always quick to blame the players. And the worst part about all of this is he's being paid $3.1M to suck at his job. He's robbing IU. He doesn't care if they win so long as he makes his dough. This season is lost no matter what so might as well have him live through the rest of this nightmare. And yes Fred should fire him. We've heard the rumors before about him not being a nice guy at all. He's starting to show it in the public eye now. And players see through his crap and don't want to play for him anymore. Maybe the players are in on the tank as well. His ass is gone and it will be long overdue. I've wanted him gone since the Syracuse debacle. That wasn't gonna be realistic at the time but I saw through his crap. The two seasons after is when he should've been fired. So it's like 2 or 3 years overdue. It's gonna end though my man. I have no doubt of it now. It is inevitable

Yep I've seen that too. Remember when Noah Vonleh sat out to protect his draft stock? That wasn't just for that reason. He hated Crean and just got fed up playing for him
