Not much would surprise me with Crean.  Except getting past the Sweet 16, that would shock the hell out of me.  Besides, does it get any scarier than some of his play calls out of timeouts?

The only thing I am judging Glass on right now and if he don't get rid of Crean then he needs to go for someone who will.

Would his assistants really be any different?  There's a reason they went from being head coaches back to assistants.

What's the main sport at IU and the money maker? If he fails the basketball program he is failing the University. Along with the football situation that just happened he is not looking as strong as he was last year.

I really can't blame Glass for keeping CTC after he won the B1G outright, can you?
If this season continues to tank, and with the buyout completely reasonable, there is an "extend or fire" moment coming after this season. THAT's when the rubber hits the road for Glass.

Actually our donations are at all time highs and the construction he has done had been phenomenal. Tell the donors they aren't paying enough.

He didn't hire him but he extended him with the crazy buyout.  Also he did not pony up the money to keep Tracy Smith as the baseball coach. He has made some good moves and upgraded facilities (some that should have been replaced) but overall his coaching decisions have not been great

Ha, Arizona St or IU baseball. Come on man. Plus that crazy buyout is kind of par for the course. It's not abnormal at all. Hell football coaches have buyouts up to $30 million.

No but getting him out of the way has to be of some benefit.

Crean gets his guys to run through brick walls. Problem is there is a door right there that they could just walk through with some instruction.

Vonleh was right. Now he is doing it with THomas Bryant.

So many bad things to think about.
