IU will be competing year 1 when Donovan comes. This team has talent. Talent that will reach its potential with Donovan instructing them

We might lose some of that talent we have to admit that.  I would hope Donovan could convince the kids to stay but its not guaranteed.

It's not guaranteed but I also have no doubt the players would highly consider playing for a guy that has won 2 national championships as a HC

I think I saw something one day that the New Albany AD said that if Crean wasn't at IU, Romeo would highly consider them. That definitely goes along with the line of in-state recruits not wanting to play for Crean

Blackmon gone to graduation.  Johnson gone to graduation, and year at another programs while in graduate school..  Hartman gone to graduation.  OG to pros, even if development league for a year.  One of Davis, Jones or Green gone for greener pastures.  One or more recruit changes mind about IU.  Morgan returns.  Newkirk returns.  McSwain returns.  Gelon returns. Bryant, probably returns rather than sit out a year to transfer.

Johnson might stick around since hes not going to the pros now that there has been a change.  Hartman might also now that there will be room and isn't being Creaned.  Morgan may very well follow Crean. 

And it sounds like Bryant is gone for better or worse.  Honestly if I were him or JBJ I would bank on Billy D turning me into a NBAer, its worth the extra year in college.
