Self got in the refs butt with a couple minutes to go in regulation and Kansas started getting the calls.

Yea, I noticed the same thing. He was heated bc of the play b4 where Mason didn't get the call.

Man. Game one and we've shown we're a darn, darn good team. If the guys gel and improve as the season progresses, like last year's team, the sky is the limit for these guys.

Proved we can hang with anybody. Shame there's no chance that will change Wilkes mind

1) Frank Mason III just jumped into another defender for an and 1.

2) Still pumped and pi$$ed I wasn't at the game. Shouldn't be this pumped with health issues.

3) Another IU player just fouled Mason. How do we defend this?!

4) Flip it lets just drain another three

5) Crap! Another IU foul on Mason

6) Not to be Debbie downer because this team can compete with the best but this is a really early game in Hawaii.

7) These freshmen can ball. If they improve throughout the season IU can be a scary team in Match.

HOOSIERS!!!!

What about Deron hitting a couple big free throws? Confidence builder.

He looked nervous to me when he stepped up to take the first one but he drilled them.

We are deep. Lots of positives but would have liked to see a few more stops down the stretch.

Freshmen are going to contribute, in a big way, all season.

Love OG, and think he will have a great season, but all the pregame talk about a guy that scored 5 points a game last year being the national player of the year seems a bit over the top.

Getting WAY ahead of myself but this win might be a big deal when they seed teams in March
