We are playing a 4th place schedule right? So the record could be a little misleading.  Daniel Jones has played well against this schedule and I wanted to think we found a QB but the way he finished against KC creates a lot of doubts.

Trading that many first rounders for a corner seemed suspect too. Future looks very challenging

No.  We are playing a second place schedule.  Which is why we got the Steelers and Dolphins.  But yeah the record is misleading to a degree.  I was hyped on Jones myself, but I took a step back after Pittsburgh.  I wish they would have never made that trade for Sauce.

Are the Colts trying to set a record for number of QBs used/injured in one season? Marching Rivers out there will be...something.

Colts have made some super embarrassing moves lately.   Can a 44 year old still get it done?  I do like him better than Riley though, which should be third string at best.

I am about 40% convinced that the NFL is rigged, if the Colts win today with a 44 year old that hasn't played in 5 years....that 40% goes to 100% very quickly!

The NFL has been rigged ever since the Tuck Rule was invented to help the Patriots survive en route to their first Super Bowl.

Fire them all.  Total reset.

We're a sideshow to the NFL.  People watch us because we're the freak show.  Not because we're good football.

We have no depth.  Fire Chris Ballard.

We have terrible play calling and terrible clock management.  Fire Shane Steichen.

I know this will rile people up because women love her, but Carley Irsay....what is she doing?  She puts herself on camera with a clipboard, trying to make sure we know she's watching everything.  Very Jerry Jones like.

PS- Jerry Jones meddling isn't working.

I know you can't fire an owner and she doesn't deserve it right now anyway.  But she puts herself on camera with a clipboard.  So she needs to own the results.  Clean house and the following results are on you.  Please clean house.

Fresh start next year.  This is really really bad.

I think Ballard traded away our first round pick for the next two years hoping anyone they ask to replace him would have no interest. The team has some talented wide receivers, a top TE, and a great RB, but not having a first round pick for two seasons is going to hurt. I predict they give both Steichen and Ballard one more season, partially because They may think that they could not attract top replacement at this time. If Jones recovers and stays healthy he can make the team respectable. If Buckner retires the league might give them an extra pick, maybe they get lucky and get a pass rusher?

Having said all that, if they take your advice I wouldn't hate it, but I don't think Carlie wants to stick her neck out like that, she will play it safe, let these two have one more season and hope they don't screw things up even worse! I also think Riley Leonard might be a better QB than people think! But he may never get a chance in this organization, and I don't trust them to evaluate talent given their track record!

They're not getting a top replacement anyway. There are plenty of young football minds who would love the opportunity to become a GM for an NFL team. That's the pool the Colts will be looking at. A successful GM isn't leaving his organization to try and fix the Colts. Letting Ballard have another season would just be another wasted year.

Talented wide receivers.....Pittman is not good.  He needs to be replaced badly, but I do like the rest.

This season is Steichen and Ballard's "one more season".  They're out of those now.

I don’t expect change because ownership hasn’t proven they can make the right moves but the player management with injuries makes me think there is desperation behind the scenes.  As far as QB options we should definitely be looking at Malik Willis who will be a free agent.
