WayneFleekHoosier Posted September 10, 2017 Posted September 10, 2017 This was blatantly obvious. And that is how good Manning and Luck have been because they've had utter crap teams for 20 years. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app akinnaird24, Brass Cannon and Iugradman 3 Quote
Dalton26 Posted September 10, 2017 Author Posted September 10, 2017 0-16 is not possible at all. If Luck plays 12 games they’ll win a minimum of 5. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Crimson and Cream and mdn82 2 Quote

Crimson and Cream Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 Pagano just needs to go. Should have been gone years ago, no excuse for Ballard to bring him back this year. His stupidity and ineptitude is like a disease that translates to the entire team. How many times during his tenure has this team came out of the gates so obviously unprepared? It would be easier to pick out the times they were. I'm sick of his stupid sayings and his overall lackadaisical vibe, it's insulting at this point just to hear him talk. Get this clown out of Indy Ballard!! Iugradman 1 Quote

Get this clown out of Indy Ballard!!Ballard didn’t bring him back, Irsay did. I read something pretty interesting and it made a lot of sense. They knew this season would be rough with Ballard tearing down the team so why not keep Pagano let him deal with it, and after a horrible season you fire him and hire your new guy when the rebuild really starts. Idk I found it interesting. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Quote

Let Pagano take some of those lumps this year. Quote
mdn82 Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 So God forbid Luck has a setback and they were to shut him down. But what happens if he is out for long enough the Colts end up with a top 3 pick? Trade back? Keep it and go BPA? This is a QB heavy first round. Could be interesting as I don't see any scenario Luck gets traded, but they could look to gather assets for a quicker build. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Brass Cannon 1 Quote
Brass Cannon Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 So we lost to the 49ers too apparently. Sorry if that's been brought up. But wow mdn82 1 Quote

It makes no sense to me anyways as I feel Pagano sets us back each game he's coach. Quote

Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile appI truly think any team could put a premium on it and still hit their price much like the Rams when they knew the Redskins were taking RG3. KingPG21 Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 So I'm a bit annoyed by the Ballard hate. I don't know what people were expecting from him this off-season, and what they thought he was gonna do. The ceiling of the roster the last few years was getting smashed in the AFC Championship game, and even then we had to overachieve quite a bit that year to do that. Last 3 years we've just been living in mediocrity even with Luck's heroics a lot of the time. I'd rather take down the roster and suck while not overpaying for vets than just retool a roster that was broken outside of Luck and a few others. Some people seem to have wanted him to go out and overpay vets this past offsason and are pissed he didn't Dalton26 and Crimson and Cream 2 Quote

We also cannot suggest he is doing really well for a few years. Quote
