Not sure who this is yet. He's a junior and out of state. Maybe Garland?
@JeffRabjohns: Indiana basketball coach Archie Miller to see another 5-star prospect today.

Curious who this might be. Another seems to suggest it's not one he's seen so far (Romeo, Garland).

Piece on Aaron Henry.  https://indiana.rivals.com/news/three-star-in-state-forward-aaron-henry-has-big-ten-big-east-interest

“Haven’t heard much about the new coaching staff, but I’d look forward to meeting them,” Henry said.

There’s familiarity with Indiana as well. Henry had a relationship with the previous coaching staff through former associate head coach Tim Buckley, although he hasn’t heard from new IU head coach Archie Miller yet.

I don't know anything about Henry, but looks like he has a B1G body.

Jeremy Price Retweeted Adam Finkelstein

Former Archie Miller recruit could be on 2018 #iubb radar. Played at same HS in NY (Bishop Kearney) as Thomas Bryant.

Dayton signee Nahziah Carter tells me he has requested & received his release. Now planning to prep to 2018 but will still consider Dayton.

As a preferred walk on?  Otherwise why?

Louisville Trinity sophomore David Johnson once again showed Peegs.com this past weekend why his size and skills at the point position will make him one of the more coveted 2019 prospects in the country.

When Peegs.com watched point guard David Johnson lead Louisville Trinity to the King of Bluegrass title last December, we were impressed. Despite being just a sophomore, Johnson took home MVP and did so despite having to face a high major senior in the final in Indiana signee Al Durham Jr.
This past weekend at the annual IndyBall club tournament, we once again got a look at the 6-foot-4, 195 pound guard and he did nothing to change our high opinion. Johnson led his undersized Louisville Magic team all the way to the 16U title game where tired legs finally caught up to the squad in a loss to Indiana Elite 2019.

Before that game we spoke to Johnson and he said we saw him during some of his better sophomore action at the King of Bluegrass event.
"I started off pretty well and then towards the end I was kind of sluggish. Around Christmas time at the King of the Bluegrass and the Arby's Classic, I was playing pretty well," Johnson said.
He indicated his season scoring average was about 14 points per game.
Johnson reminded us some of another Kentucky guard we saw in high school, Owensboro's Quentin Goodin, currently a freshman at Xavier. Both have nice height for a point and Johnson is showing a bit more of consistent outside jumper.
"That's what I am being recruited as, kind of a one and a two," Johnson said. "I think I play better at the point guard position, just because I can find everyone."
That versatility has brought on early interest from the top schools in his area.
"Kentucky, Louisville, Indiana, Xavier and I have talked to Cincinnati, Western Kentucky," Johnson.
None of that list has currently pulled the trigger on an early offer but may be tempted after seeing him later this month at the Dallas adidas Gauntlet stop. That April 21-23 weekend is the first opportunity this year for college coaches to see prospects compete against each other on the shoe or AAU circuit.
Nearby Louisville already has a Trinity High product in freshman forward Ray Spalding.
"I like Louisville just because it is the hometown team and (Spalding) is actually my cousin and we talk a lot about Louisville and stuff like that," Johnson said.
He added some thoughts on Kentucky and Indiana, beginning with the home state Wildcats.
"Kentucky is obviously known for being one-and-done or NBA, so if Kentucky is recruiting me, that is pretty much a big deal for me," Johnson said.
The former Indiana staff was on hand to see Johnson during his high school season.
"I haven't looked as much at Indiana as those two (Kentucky and Louisville) because it's another state and because the coaching has changed, but hopefully I can keep them involved in my recruiting," Johnson said.

I'm not sure if it warrants his own thread yet but CAM is following James Wiseman (2019) on twitter. 5 star top 10 player from Nashville

Maybe a name to keep an eye on

Schilling has to have some connections in the area from his time at Memphis. Hopefully they can help us out

CAM and Ostrom did the Indy swing today. They stopped by warren central, Lawrence North, Tindley and others to meet with high school coaches and principals. Keep up the good work coach.

Awesome! This could go a long way in the future. As much as I like to follow Oladipo and CWat there's something special about following a player through high school, IU, and after.

In the Derby Festival Classic, he was probably the least impressive to me, besides the big guys and they never touched the ball. I may have been expecting more with all of the recent excitement but he seemed slow and shot the ball poorly. Definitely didn't seem like Duke material. Could have just been an off night though.

I also thought that Malik Williams of UL and Michigan incoming guard Jordan Poole looked terrible.
