IU vs. Purdue Postgame Thread

Why was Stan Robinson in the game so much? That guy is an awful mess. And why was he guarding Hammons? We have enough quality guards that we don't need to play that bum.

That's Crean's new game plan. Guard their centers with our point guard or at least no one over 6'2" on our roster. Especially don't use our two 7 footers on the bench who are only there to fill up our xxxl uniforms until they can be run off for the next future run offs. Remember, Crean finally has his team full of 15 guards so his coaching expertise will shine like playing our point guards in the paint. And he gets 3 million a year for this greatness plus we make fun of Kentucky? The plan is finally coming into place in year 7 or 8...let's make it a decade. Crean is the next Coach K, Imean Coach C.

Our guards were severely outplayed tonight.Their defense was atrocious and there were way to many careless turnovers.

As much as i appreciated Yogi's late game shot at Maryland I'm equally as disappointed in the one tonight.

did anybody else see CTC chugging the bottle of water ferociously at the end of the game?

reminded me of Jim Carrey in Liar Liar...

That was only topped by his mid game interview where he was hyperventilating trying to speak to the announcer. It all came crystal clear to me. Can you imagine playing for this spaz when he can't even speak during a timeout during a game? No wonder his teams regularly choke and take bad shots under pressure. He's constantly feaking out; just a shame.

I wanted to give him a lunch bag to breath into.

Brought the same game...different day, different place (would have been worse if not at the Hall). Thought the players brought the effort, thought the strategy was a joke and the same...just wondering what the hell- leave the NFL coach friends at home and focus more on what a basketball coach can do to prepare a team for a big matchup... A pump fake or two wouldn't have hurt against the block hungry bigs...knowing they wont leave our 3.....pretty predictable... Create and prepare for that...Painter (SMH) Yes that Matt Painter would have had the Hoosiers better prepared....
