I like that the team is investing in each other. They are spending an awful lot of time together. I want to see a lot of these guys together in the next two years and see what comes of it.

I work in louisville so I have to hear it from card and cat fans. We have become a joke. I hate to say it but we are not even in the same league as the other local athletic programs.

It got worse today when UCLA announced a home and home series with Kentucky around December sometime. Obviously UCLA is taking IU's place. Very depressing! Worse was the comment section invaded by the UK fans saying how much Indiana doesn't matter anymore.

Very disappointed in basketball especially after 2 years ago.. And not really looking promising this year..

I give Wilson one more year in football.. No bowl then he needs to go next year.

I hear good things about the new baseball coach..

I may be in the minority but shouldn't glasses seat be starting to warm up.. Haven't been impressed with him.

I take it as we were long standing bitter rivals and now they r starting a new one so we r relevant to the topic. No we dont matter to them we r behind on every level and need to change that fast.

If the boosters decide they have to pony up that mind boggling stupid buyout Crean has, Glass will probably be going with him.  At this point he's tied himself to Crean's hip and will ride it out to the bitter end.

I feel we are on the cusp of getting worse. We aren't a good team right now and it will be exposed regularly in the Big Ten.

Our biggest need is a center and we have gone 2 recruiting classes without landing a top 100 type center. That's a bad recruiting plan.

I'm also of the mindset that Yogi is gone after this season. He will have his degree in hand and wants to be in the NBA. I see him going even if it's as a second round pick. He has the confidence and ability to make a roster. If he fails he can still make great money overseas.

So we also need a PG and we didn't sign one of those either. So in expecting a team that is coming off a shitty season (this year) to be in need of a PG and Center. Not a great feeling.

We need someone who can recruit wisely, and not get rid of older players for athletic, but raw players. Crean needs veteran players on his team that get it. Not players who only care about themselves and highlight plays.

Give me Zeller, Hulls, C-Wat, VO, and Sheehey all day!

I'll admit I don't closely follow the non-revenue sports as a whole, although I certainly did tune in to watch the baseball team the last couple of years and whenever the men's soccer team is in the Final Four, I watch those games as well.  So having said that, I was under the impression our non-revenue sports have been doing quite well since Glass took over. 

 

As far as the men's basketball and football programs go, yes I'm disappointed in both programs right now.  Which is nothing new when it comes to the football team.  But I have a lot of passion for IU footbal and kills me that we can't get better and at least go to some bowls here and there.  I'm not asking for the moon and the stars here.  Just win more than you lose most of the time and get us into some postseason bowls.

 

Basketball...outside of Cody's two years with the program, which I did thoroughly enjoy even if it didn't end right, man...it is rough . I don't feel confident that CTC really has the answers in the long-term that will get us the results we want to see.
