KingPG21 Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 Notre Dame being Driven by a superstar player in Jerian Grant. No worries, the NBA will dick it up and draft a crap-ton of prospects and let the accomplished, skilled Senior wait until round 2. SMDH. Nah, he'll go in the first round. Probably not a high pick, but he'll be getting a guaranteed contract. Honestly wouldn't be opposed to the Pacers seriously looking at him. George Hill is proving he is best when he is mainly looking for his shot this year. Grant has shown the ability to create for others. Something we desperately lack outside of PG when he looks to distribute Quote

WayneFleekHoosier Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 I just looked at the stats. Grant actually had an off game tonight but dude is still a stud. 8 assists when his shot wasn't falling. He was a Dematha Oladipo teammate if I remember correctly. Or was it Jerami?? Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 Oklahoma put a "Michigan State" sized whooping on Texas on the road. 70-49. Iowa handles Nebraska with ease 70-59. Quote

WayneFleekHoosier Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 As much as I dislike Groce and the Illini, that is really a bummer for that kid. He is a Senior and has already played too many for a medical redshirt (I believe). If this is season ending, it completely stinks for that kid. Gritty, tough, hardworking player. Their best! PS-also slightly stoked at the notion we may not have to face him as he destroyed Yogi last year. Alabaster Thunder 1 Quote
TheWatShot Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 Just saw on ESPN that he's out 3-6 weeks. They'll probably beat us anyway. Quote

Just handle the rock! If IU was in that position, no way in the world we force a turnover. Not a damn chance. We would have fallen back on D, wasted 12 seconds, and then fouled. Oh and BTW, Trey Lyles made the play to force the steal. SMH Quote
