How have they won? By taking advantage of the system in front of them.

the Kentucky way I prefer the Indiana way. I have no problem if you want a watch a program win that way but just because you feel that way doesn't mean I want to watch a team go in that direction. If that ever happened I would have a tough choice ahead of me either I keep watching or I move on a root for someone else

So why were his victories and final fours at UMass and Memphis vacated?

the schools were. The NCAA still recognize them as wins on his record. But they dont when it comes to the schools.

What is the Indiana way. Being mediocre? With a good year every now and then?

In your opinion he's a cheater. But fact throws that opinion away. Wait until it is proven first.

Cite me something other than the NCAA's ruling as a fact he had no knowledge. This is the same organization that has yet to punish UNC when there has been overwhelming factual evidence of misconduct with their academics.

What is going on at UNC is a different breed of dealing. That was 20 years of academic fraud within the athletics program.

If he didn't have any knowledge of what was happening in his program then he's an incompetent supervisor. I don't believe for one second that he didn't see Rose's cousin on the plane either. He's not stupid, he separates himself enough to have plausible deniability. Let's not forget the NCAA is entirely corrupt and just competent enough to sometimes be dangerous (while other times they couldn't find their @$$ with a mirror on a stick).

Where there's smoke there is usually fire.

You'd think so. But coaches can't know everything. We'd still have Perea, Davis and Holt on the team if they did right? Louisville would be eligible for the tourney as well? It is asking too much of a coach to know everything little thing that goes on. That is a huge difficultly for college coaches.
