That was a puzzling transfer to me. I know he got more NIL money. But Wisky probably had a tourney team returning with him and Gard let him “be the man.” A few hundred thousand dollars more in NIL money will seem like chump change if he plays 15 minutes a night and kills his draft stock costing him millions.

UC-Davis runs out of gas a little late and Washington gets the home win despite a horrendous free throw shooting game. 1st time I’ve seen Great Osobor and for 2.5 mil I’m not sure Washington is gonna get a great return on investment in conference play. Big frame. Good hands. Strong rebounder. Well-schooled on the block. But he’s land locked, he doesn’t move well laterally and I don’t know who he defends. He’s gonna have some bad matchups.
