Uspshoosier Posted January 8, 2022 Posted January 8, 2022 Michigan/Sparty game cancelled. Michigan had a tough stretch coming up. Convenient for them to postpone some of the games during that stretch thebigweave, HoosierHoopster, IUc2016 and 4 others 7 Quote

Uspshoosier Posted January 8, 2022 Posted January 8, 2022 9-0 run for Penn St. Penn st up 7 on Purdue with 9 min to go in the first half Quote
IUc2016 Posted January 8, 2022 Posted January 8, 2022 Purdue down 21-14 at PSU. Other than beating Villanova, what has Purdue done worthy of a top 5, 10, or 15 ranking? thebigweave 1 Quote

Even IU has done that. Rutgers, NC State, Wisconsin, and even the Iowa (without Keegan Murray) game they have really struggled. I am sure they will beat IU but to crown them as a final four team is just puzzling to me after what they have shown Quote
Demo Posted January 8, 2022 Posted January 8, 2022 My AT&T guide shows the 1pm on ESPN as “Virginia at Virginia.” Question for USPS, is that a Quad 1 win either way? Joe_hoopsier, thebigweave and Uspshoosier 1 2 Quote

DChoosier Posted January 8, 2022 Posted January 8, 2022 Let’s go PSU!!!! Down 2 with 4 minutes left in the game. Henryville Hoosier and Joe_hoopsier 2 Quote
HoosierAloha Posted January 8, 2022 Posted January 8, 2022 Notice when PSU started coming back in this game? They started getting wide open looks from deep and then hit some really contested shots. PSU isn’t going to beat many Big 1.o teams making twos. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners Quote

That's enough to get attention. Problem for them, they are now the hunted and not the hunter. It's much different when you have the target on your back. About like the 12-13 team for us. That advantage is tapering off as other teams find their footing and everyone gets acclimated to their new systems. I wouldn't write them off as a Final Four team, because all it takes is a busted bracket and the right matchups, but they aren't as good as they were made out to be.
