HinnyHoosier Posted May 1, 2024 Posted May 1, 2024 If you go into halftime and can't figure out how to limit one of the two players keeping this team on life support, you should come back to no job next season.... Quote
Hovadipo Posted May 1, 2024 Author Posted May 1, 2024 Is Rick just calling it a night? Why the hell are any of these lineups on the floor? Quote
TheWatShot Posted May 1, 2024 Posted May 1, 2024 I quit watching at halftime. Has Spero Dedes stroked out yet from gushing over how incredible it is that the Bucks are still a functioning basketball team, much less winning by 19? Quote
Hovadipo Posted May 1, 2024 Author Posted May 1, 2024 Glad we’re still doing TJ’s 3rd quarter make-a-wish minutes. Couldn’t have let a 5 point deficit go to 20 without him getting his shots up. Quote
HinnyHoosier Posted May 1, 2024 Posted May 1, 2024 This is inexcusable. How do you not show up for this game with your opponent decimated by injuries? If they go on to lose the series after this it is justly deserved. thebigweave 1 Quote
Hovadipo Posted May 3, 2024 Author Posted May 3, 2024 Imagine talking bad about TJ McConnell. HinnyHoosier, J34, Alford Bailey and 1 other 1 3 Quote

TheWatShot Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 The Knicks were up 33-11 in the first quarter and now they're down by 7 in the second half. Quote

Quit taking so many stupid 3s. And gotta play defense. No Julius Randle, so best thing might be just staying home and trying to make Brunson win it by himself. thebigweave and Alford Bailey 2 Quote

Hali just hasn’t been the same since his injury, or at least that’s what it’s seemed like to me. He started the season on fire, and hasn’t had many similar games lately. Really wish Mathurin was healthy. Quote

Everything he does is off the dribble and step backs. It's hardly ever just catch and shoot but he never seems ready to shoot in a normal catch and shoot situation. He wants to drive and dish but that isn't always best. Quote

If they hustle it will be hard for us to get into ur defensive sets. Also if Divo and Mcbride are cold that usually spells trouble for us. Quote
Banksyrules Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 The outlier in this whole series will be who OG is tasked to guard. He has made our team special. I would argue that he is the best trade deadline "fit" in quite a long time. I can't remember in my 45 years a better fit. Rico and thebigweave 2 Quote

Like most non-IU sports these days, if the Pacers are making threes, they’re tough to beat because, like you say, they’re so fast and also great passers. Very unselfish. I feel like Myles is the canary in the coal mine: if he’s making threes, we’re good. Quote
