X-Hoosier Posted July 5, 2016 Posted July 5, 2016 How is Steph Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green not obviously better than Russell Westbrook, Victor Oladipo and Steven Adams? You can argue the Westbrook-Curry part. But Green is better than Adams. Maybe not by a ton but he is better. And there is no need to discuss Klay to Vic. They aren't on the same planet. He is on the same planet. Much different players. Yes, I'd take Klay for now but no need to word it like you did other than slamming on all things IU. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using BtownBanners mobile app Way better for KD perhaps? I'm too much of a basketball fan to want to watch an all-star team (which the Warriors just became) play a regular season schedule. What's the point in that? Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted July 5, 2016 Posted July 5, 2016 The million dollar question??? How does Lebron feel about this? He was just out-Lebroned. I like Lebron and generally root for him. I genuinely wonder what his next trump move will be. His prime is waning. 2-4 more years. He is probably shaking in his boots as is the rest of the NBA. Granted, as we IU fans know, chemistry is everything. GSW uses 1 ball. I am excited to see how it pans out. Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners BtownBanner6 1 Quote

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using BtownBanners mobile app Just my opinion but for the Warriors team I'm not sure I'd say Green is a better option then Adams. Steph Klay and Durant shouldn't need another guy putting up a bunch of shots, then need a rim protector and rebounder two areas Adams excels and two areas I thought killed them in the playoffs, and of course sub par play from their stars. Past season: LeBron is triumphant after being down 3-1 to best regular season of all time Offseason: Loaded GSW land previous league MVP to battle Cavs Future... Cavs move Love and possibly land a Wade, CP3, or other players to match GSW Great, great storylines to keep National Basketball Entertainment fans coming back for more. He is one of the best shooters of all time and one of the best perimeter defenders in the NBA. Yes, he is a better defender than Vic. I love Vic but that is just the truth. That was his choice though. He wanted LeBron and Bosh there and he got them. He knew he'd have to give up money to make it happen. I love Wade and wish he would retire with Miami but him taking less money was his choice to get what he wants. I don't blame Miami for not paying him what he is wanting. Quote

What about all the other years? He's never been the highest paid player on his team, but is the most important player in franchise history. I understand it was his choice but shouldn't you reward him for being selfless enough to make that choice? Quote
KB0 Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 The Heat were stuck between a rock and a hard place. Not sure this makes the Bulls much better as Wade doesn't really seem to fit them. Quote

biteoftheapple Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 I am not a Heat fan, but, I am glad to see a franchise not mortgage the next few years on a huge contract for an aging and oftten injured superstar, like the Lakers did with Kobe. mdn82 and HoosierAloha 2 Quote
