From the timeframe I've seen, he tweeted that 2ish hours after he was arrested. Not sure how quickly all of that goes. Or it could've been a boldfaced lie lol.

Based on Creans handling of HMP's OWI I would think it is. Two game suspension for an OWI? That tells the rest of the team they can do as they wish without serious consequences!

Not true in all cases since I got an underage drinking ticket about 10 years ago which counted as an "arrest" on my record but I never went to jail. Maybe it has changed since then.

Not true.

 

You don't go to jail for underage drinking. You go to jail for public intox. 

 

Plus, its not a "set time" you stay in there. You stay in there until you are sober enough to leave.
