Exactly. Bryant is more of a low post banger than Thon. Thon would be the perfect 4 in Crean's system. Then again Thon could be listed at any position 1-5 and he would still play the same way

Getting Bryant would go a long way in getting Thon Maker.

 

No way Thon wants to go to a place where he'd have to guard 7'0" guys by himself.  He's a big guy but doesn't want to be the "big guy" on a team.  Having Hanner, Bryant, and Thon down low would be huge, literally and figuratively.

If Crean can get both of those guys then damn he deserves to come back.... If we flame out in the tournament again then he needs to go though. No excuse to not go at least to the final four with both Maker and Bryant.

Ok, I'm jumping on this bandwagon of landing both Thon and Thomas. I can get excited about this even though I want Crean gone. You guys do realize IF this happens its a one shot deal? Similar to a MLB team loading up for 1 year. We will most likely lose the whole starting lineup to the NBA and basically starting over with another "young" team the following year.
