Huge issue, and I do not think Devries is unaware based off his comments in the offseason. That said, if he is unable to bring in the players, no level of self-awareness will fix it. So he may be a good coach, but is he good at selling Indiana? We’ll see.

Both of these teams are pretty awful.  We're a pretty good mid major team.  We have to hit 3's or we have a problem.  If we are hitting that shot, we are a problem.  If we aren't, we have a problem.

Didn’t get us a guy with an ego and enough money to make a real splash. Never understood what that off-season was about. Made zero sense. Missing roster pieces left and right. I don’t get it, besides Rabjohns leaking we are underfunded.

He had an entire roster to fill, so I’m giving him a pass for the roster flaws this time. I also am making an assumption that this year was about showing recruits the style of play we want to play. Which should make it easier next year. Probably will have to over spend on a big though.
